Kathy Fleming is a Senior Leader with Accomplishment Coaching, conducting year-long, professional coach and leadership training programs. In addition to those who are creating thriving coaching practices, many program participants are executives in business and government, honing their leadership and coaching skills.

She holds masters degrees in humanities/English and Applied Behavioral Science with an emphasis on consulting, coaching and organizational development. Formerly a marketing manager with AT & T, Kathy has leadership training, consulting and 360 feedback within large organizations such as AT&T Headquarters in Basking Ridge, Alcoa, Illinois Power, Techtronics, Hewlett Packard, the EPA, and various state and local government agencies. She also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF (International Coach Federation). Kathy is a master at being open-hearted and authentic, clear and courageous.

Kathy specializes in seeing the possibilities that lie within her clients, helping them open the doors to bring those possibilities to fruition. She is a powerful stand for what her clients say they want to produce, even when their doubt is at times greater than their commitment. She works effectively with leaders, their peers, superiors and direct reports to co-produce extraordinary results. Kathy thrives on the interactions with groups both large and small, as well as in one-on-one settings.

Among her clients is an artist who is gaining international recognition for her large public art, a business leader whose team was reassigned who is asking and answering the question “What’s next?” Another client is an aerospace executive who formerly left “dead bodies” in his wake and is now combining “power” with “heart” in his leadership.
