Jamie Sue Johnson is an Executive Coach of over 12 years.


She is a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Coach Training Leader.She has been a member of the International Coaches Federation and served on the local chapter board for a few years.


Jamie Sue was a national coach trainer for a national coach training firm for over 5 years and before that she was a founding contributor to their curriculum by running her own coach training courses. Now as the President and Managing Partner of J2 & Associates she brings a wealth of diverse experience.



Jamie Sue's work experience covers over 28 years in many fields including: retail, health care, pharmaceutical, high tech, internet services, consulting, education and training. She has managed Call Centers and Systems Integration Teams, small businesses and departments in major corporations; she has performed outside and inside sales, corporate financial accounting and managed a $19 million budget.She has worked for 2 multi-national corporations, and one of the Big “whatever they are now” but back then “accounting firms.”



Jamie Sue has learned that it isn't entirely the cash flow analysis or the facilities management or the information technology that makes or breaks businesses. It is the people, their leadership, their vision, and their commitment. So Jamie Sue has devoted much of her own time over the years to the study of human growth, transformation and development.


She has studied under many leaders in the industry, including Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Landmark Education Corporation, Open View Institute, Franklin/Covey, The Everest Group, and EXCO.


With a Bachelor's degree from Coe College of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she is constantly expanding her capacities as a coach, trainer, and speaker by attending seminars and training developed by the best of the best. She coaches leaders, so as a coach she has a lifelong commitment to learning.
