Our main goal in hiring J2 & Associates was to achieve crystal clarity and alignment within the management team on the vision and mission of the company. Once the leadership team achieved this alignment, we were able to better communicate our clarified vision to the rest of the team and begin an action plan to fulfill that vision. The process was not always easy, but it was important to leave our comfort zones in order to create a new and expanded vision in our rapidly changing business environment. Prior to hiring J2 & Associates, I was given a task of organizing a nationwide chemotherapy program. In spite of prior organizational experience, I was stopped on how to put this together. J2 & Associates facilitated my building of this program, setting up steps and goals.
