Wow!   It is amazing results show that we don't get enough rest.  And I don't know about you, but when I am tired no one around me feels very good.  So research shows taking a nap is vital for your health and over all satisfaction in your life.   If you are walking around as a zombie instead of AWAKE, ALERT and ALIVE -- try napping.   20 minutes of shut eye rejuvenates and reenergizes us!
