This year theme for me is  healthy, wealthy and wise.

I found this poster at my colon hydro therapists office on the wall and found it interesting.  And since Health is one of my themes, I wanted to pass these on to you.

My question to you is.....How would you score?   If the scale was 0-10 -0 being not present in your life and body and 10 is absolutely present.   In coaching we feel that your health and well being are a foundation for your success.   So how are you feeling?
